The luxurious amenities here exceeded our expectations, complete with an in-room washer and dryer. the continental breakfast options were fresh and tasty, with a bar/lounge area serving special diet menus.

Although the gym had excellent windows, the street noise outside the windows was a bit of a problem. the exceptional staff more than made up for it;

The location was excellent, with easy access to nearby cafes and shops. The rooms were a great size and the kitchenette was very useful. The staff at the front desk were really good and provided excellent service.

Appreciated the hotel, it is comfy and fairly clean, has prime location very close to everything. The buffet breakfast offered variety of dishes. We stayed for 1 night here, loved 1st arr. District.

the staff was attentive and the room was spacious, equipped with a small kitchen and laundry facilities, perfect for an extended stay. I particularly enjoyed the private lounge area with 24, hour coffee and tea service. the continental buffet breakfast was also fantastic. the location was ideal, right next to the Louvre and plenty of great dining options.

The only minor issue I encountered was the step, up bathtub, which could be difficult for some guests with limited mobility. the hotel staff was accommodating and offered alternative room options with walk, in showers.

The hotel is in a great location, right in the center of the city, making it very convenient to visit all the major sites. Close to transport, it is easy to get around. The staff is friendly and professional, providing excellent service. The rooms are well-designed and the beds and pillows are incredibly comfortable, guaranteeing a good night's sleep. there are always snacks and tea available in the lounge next to the lobby.

Some guests have mentioned a slight issue with controlling the temperature in the room, having to open the windows at times due to the AC not responding effectively.

The staff were exceptionally helpful and a pleasure to deal with.

Convenient location just across from the Louvre. Well-appointed suites with a small kitchenette for breakfast. Very comfortable beds. We had a minor issue with the heating the first night, but it was promptly fixed the next morning.

Loved the stylish decor. Well-stocked kitchen with a really cold fridge and ice maker. Attention to detail was spot on. Hooks in the closet and entryway would have been handy. Great location near the shopping street and monuments. The honesty bar was a brilliant idea.
